As a native of Union County, it has always been my dream to own and operate my own independent insurance agency and help people with the complicated decisions of insurance. Staying true to my roots I attended UNC Charlotte where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. I also hold the designations of CIC – Certified Insurance Counselor and CAWC – Certified Authority on Workers Compensation.

I am married to my beautiful wife Ashton, and we have 3 children that are the most important things in the world to me. When I am not working, I thoroughly enjoy traveling, golf, fishing and any activities with my kids and family.

I have more than 20 years office and customer service experience and am licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. I am a long time Union County resident married with two children and three grandchildren. My favorite part of my job is working with people. I have found that the best way to help someone is to treat them how you would like to be treated if you were in the same situation with the same question or need.

Meet Gwenn

I’m a native of North Carolina and started in commercial insurance over 8 years ago. I started with Wells Fargo in the policy checking department and really got interested in insurance as I was reading the policies. That lead me to go to CPCC and get my Property & Casualty license so that I could step away from policy checking and get more hands on with in the commercial industry field. I got a Commercial Assistant job and with more knowledge and training I eventually moved up to an Account Executive role which lead to a Senior Account Executive role. I love my job and the ability to keep learning in a career that is ever changing. I am married and have 3 wonderful children and grandchildren.

I’m a native of NC. I grew up in the Foothills but found myself at the beach for almost 30 years. I made it back to the Foothills and joined the Rogers Insurance Solutions. I have been in the insurance industry for over 28 years. I received my MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2016. I take pride in helping my clients with their insurance needs. I have one daughter who is a graduate of NC State and is working on her Masters of Education in History at UNC-Wilmington. I love spending time with family and friends, as well as enjoy spending time outdoors from the mountains to the coast.

Born and raised in North Carolina, I’ve always valued connection, service, and a strong work ethic. I earned my degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Growing up with a father in the insurance industry, I was introduced early on to the importance of protecting what matters most, something that continues to guide my approach today. I currently serve as a Commercial Account Manager, where I help businesses protect their operations, people, and property. I work diligently to understand each client’s unique needs and am committed to delivering thoughtful, tailored insurance solutions. I enjoy building lasting relationships and being a reliable partner when clients need it most. I’m also deeply family-oriented, which shows up in how I care for my clients with loyalty, patience, and a genuine desire to see them thrive. With a strong foundation in both finance and real estate, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the world of commercial insurance. Whether I’m navigating renewals, supporting claims, or identifying coverage gaps, my goal is always the same: to provide clarity, value, and peace of mind.
